Eligibility Criteria

First Subscription Only:
The guarantee applies exclusively to your first month’s subscription. It does not apply to subsequent billing cycles, renewals, or add-on services.

14-Day Window:
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial payment date.

Cancellation Requirement:
To qualify for a refund, you must cancel your subscription before submitting a refund request.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Cancel Your Account:
    Log in to your Stand Out From The Pack™ account, navigate to 'Settings' > 'Company Billing', and cancel your subscription.

  2. Submit a Request:
    Contact our billing support team at [email protected] or by completing a form on this page (https://standoutfromthepack.com.au/support) with your refund request.
    - Include your account details (name, email, and subscription date).
    - Briefly state your reason for dissatisfaction (optional, to help us improve).

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exclusions

  1. Trial Periods:
    Refunds are not applicable if you are on a longer then standard 7 Day Free Trial period (for example if you're doing one of our business growth challenges with 30 day free trial included you won't be able to claim refund on your subscription)

  2. Add-On Services:
    Services such as YEXT integration, custom website development, any custom build projects or any other software subscription add-ons are not covered under this guarantee.

  3. Misuse or Violation:
    Accounts found in violation of our terms of service, including fraudulent activity, are ineligible for refunds.
