Our weekly Open Office sessions are designed to help you learn how to use your system more effectively, understand new features, and get general guidance from our experts in a supportive group environment. These live Zoom sessions give you the opportunity to ask questions, learn from other customers, and improve your confidence using Stand Out From The Pack™ and our Profit Roadmap Systems™.

What These Sessions Are Designed For

• Understanding how features work
• Learning best practices and recommended workflows
• Seeing live demonstrations of tools and automation
• Getting guidance on how to approach certain tasks
• Asking general usage or strategy questions
• Learning from real examples and other customers’ questions

Even if you don’t have a question, many customers join simply to learn new ways to use the platform.

What These Sessions Are NOT Designed For

• These are not dedicated 1-to-1 support sessions
• Deep troubleshooting or complex technical issues cannot be handled
• Full builds, advanced configurations or account-specific implementations are not suitable
• Individual support tickets or private account issues cannot be reviewed in detail
• Sessions will not be taken over by one customer’s specific use case

If a topic requires more time or focused implementation, we will recommend booking a Private Live Build Hour so we can properly assist you.

How the Calls Work

• Calls are run via Zoom
• One of our SOFTP Experts facilitates the session
• Questions are handled in a fair order
• Demonstrations may be shown live
• Time is shared across all attendees
• If attendance is low, we may be able to dive deeper into individual topics

These sessions are designed to be educational, practical and collaborative.
