Is it safe to provide Stand Out From The Pack™ with access to my website?

Absolutely! Your business is incredibly important to us, and we would never do anything to harm it. However, we do recommend enabling Two Factor Authentication if your CMS supports it. This extra layer of security will further protect your website.

Rest assured, we take the security of your site seriously. We will enforce a strong login password and keep your login credentials secure at all times.

We will only work on the elements of your website that you have agreed upon.

Is there alternative option to giving you access to my website?

Yes, if you have a preferred website developer, we can coordinate with them instead of directly accessing your site.

If you have a strong relationship with your developer, they are skilled in web development and design, and they communicate promptly, this option will work.

However, based on our experience, working through a third party to make updates and upgrades to your website can be challenging and often leads to delays.

Please follow these steps to grant us access to your Wordpress site and once done click 'Next'

  1. Log in to your admin dashboard

    If you don’t have an admin login yourself, contact the person who set up your website.

  2. Add a new user

    Once logged in, go to ‘Users‘ –> ‘Add new‘ in the sidebar menu.

  3. Enter a following username and email address for the new user (this is us):

    Username: standoutfromthepack

    Email: [email protected]

  4. Important! Check a checkbox

    Make sure ‘Send user notification‘ is checked. Otherwise, we won’t know that we’ve been granted access to your site (unless you tell us and send us our details manually)

  5. Important! Grant admin access

    In the ‘Role‘ dropdown menu, be sure to change the role to ‘Administrator‘. We can’t work our magic without an admin account!

  6. Create the new user account

    Hit ‘Add new user‘. We will then get an email about our shiny new account and will be able to securely set our own secure password to your site.

Please follow these steps to grant us access to your website built on GoDaddy and once done click 'Next'

  1. Go to your GoDaddy Delegate Access page. You might be prompted to sign in.

  2. In the People who can access my account section, select Invite to Access.

  3. Enter the following Name and Email address to invite us.

    Username: standoutfromthepack

  4. Select the 'Products & Domains' Access level

  5. Select Invite. GoDaddy will send us an email invitation to access your account. Once the we accept, you'll get email from GoDaddy to let you know.

Please follow these steps to grant us access to your website built on Squarespace and once done click 'Next'

  1. Log in to your Squarespace admin panel and select Settings

  2. Click Permissions

  3. Click Invite Contributor

  4. Fill in the Contributor information and choose Permissions.

    Name: standoutfromthepack

    Permissions: Administrator.

  5. Click 'Save'

Please follow these steps to grant us access to your website built on Webflow and once done click 'Next'

  1. Login to your Webflow account

  2. Click the Account dropdown menu in your Dashboard

  3. Click Workspaces

  4. Choose the Workspace you want to add your guest to

  5. Go to Members tab > Agency or Freelancer Guests‍

  6. Click Invite guest‍

  7. Add the following email address:

Please follow these steps to grant us access to your website built on Wix and once done click 'Next'

  1. Login to your Wix account

  2. Tap Manage  at the bottom.

  3. Scroll down to Tools & Settings and tap Roles & Permissions. 

  4. Tap Collaborators.

  5. Tap + Invite Others under Collaborators.

  6. Enter the following email address to invite us:

  7. Under Choose Roles select the 'Website Manager'

  8. Tap Send.

  1. Log into your Weebly Site Editor.

  2. Click settings, on the sidebar (left), click Editors. Click Add Editor.

  3. Place the following email address:

  5. Save changes.

To grant us access to your Shopify store, please follow these steps and click 'Next':

Step 1: Find the Shopify collaborator request code

The Shopify collaborator request code is a unique 4-digit code that you generate as the store owner. This code enables us to request access to your Shopify store as a collaborator and provides an additional security measure for you, the store owner. We recommend enabling this Shopify collaborator code to ensure the security of your store.


To find the 4-digit access code, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Shopify store

  2. Go to your Shopify store admin > Settings > Users and permissions

  3. Scroll down to the Collaborators section

  4. Select 'Only people with a collaborator request code can send a collaborator request'

This should be a 4-digit code
To find url of your shopify store, log in to your Shopify admin and look in the URL address bar at the top of the screen. You should see something like STORENAME.myshopify.com/admin. Remove /admin (and anything after it) so you are left with 'STORENAME.myshopify.com'. This is Your base Shopify URL. If you would like to take a look at any other domains you have set up, go to Settings > Domains in the Shopify admin.
