These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") outline the rules and guidelines for participating in the affiliate program operated by Stand Out From The Pack™ ("we", "our", or "us").
By applying to or participating in this program, you agree to comply with these Terms.
All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval.
We may approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.
Providing inaccurate or misleading information may result in rejection or removal from the program.
Once approved, you will receive:
Access to a dedicated affiliate portal
Your unique affiliate tracking link(s) or code(s)
Promotional resources and onboarding guidance
Commissions are only payable on referrals that are successfully tracked through your unique link or code.
Tracking may depend on cookies or referral systems which may be affected by browser settings, device usage, or technical limitations.
Default tracking duration (if applicable):
90 Days
Affiliates will earn commission in accordance with the following structure:
20% recurring commission for every customer you refer.
Commissions may be:
One-time payments
Recurring payments
Performance-based incentives
Commissions are only payable on valid completed transactions.
No commission will be paid on:
Refunded purchases
Cancelled subscriptions
Duplicate or fraudulent transactions
Self-referrals (unless explicitly allowed)
We reserve the right to reverse commissions if a transaction is later refunded or deemed invalid.
Affiliate commissions are paid in accordance with:
15th of the following month for previous months earnings
Minimum payout threshold (if applicable): $100
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.
Affiliates may promote our products or services through:
Social media content
Email marketing
Website or blog content
Client referrals
Networking or community engagement
Paid advertising (with permission if brand terms are used)
Affiliates must NOT:
Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
Make false or misleading claims
Pretend to represent Stand Out From The Pack™ as staff or partner
Use our brand name in paid ads without permission
Use deceptive discount messaging or fake urgency
Engage in illegal, unethical, or harmful marketing practices
Create fake accounts or fraudulent traffic
Breaches may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of commissions.
Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided through the affiliate portal.
Brand assets must not be altered in a misleading way.
We may update:
Commission rates
Program structure
Tools and resources
Terms and conditions
Affiliates will be notified of significant changes where reasonably possible.
We may suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time for:
Breach of these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Brand misuse
Inactivity (optional if you want this)
Outstanding valid commissions will be paid according to payout policies.
Affiliates act as independent promoters.
Participation does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship with Stand Out From The Pack™.
We are not liable for:
Tracking interruptions
Technical platform issues
Indirect or consequential losses
External marketing platform changes
By applying to or participating in the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND VITFIT PTY LTD, TRADING AS "STAND OUT FROM THE PACK" (ABN 31 602 151 842) (“SOFTP”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By applying to or participating in the SOFTP Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by this Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”), our Terms of Service, and Affiliate Program Policies (together, the “Program Documents”).
Affiliate / You means the individual or entity accepted into the Program.
Affiliate Link means the unique tracking link issued via the SOFTP Affiliate Portal.
Commission means payment earned for a Qualified Purchase.
Qualified Purchase means a completed purchase of an eligible SOFTP subscription plan where:
The customer clicked a valid Affiliate Link;
Completed payment; and
Remains active and in good standing for at least forty-five (45) days.
Confidential Information means non-public business, financial, technical or customer information disclosed by SOFTP.
SOFTP may accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Participation does not create:
A partnership
Joint venture
Employment relationship
Agency relationship
Affiliates act as independent contractors at all times.
You represent and warrant that you:
Have authority to enter this Agreement
Will comply with Australian Consumer Law
Will comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth)
Will comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
Will comply with all advertising and marketing laws
You must not:
Engage in misleading or deceptive conduct
Send unlawful spam
Misrepresent SOFTP
Bid on SOFTP brand terms without written consent
A breach of this section is a material breach.
Approved Affiliates are eligible to earn:
20% recurring commission (Level 1) on net subscription fees received by SOFTP from Qualified Purchases made through the Affiliate’s unique Affiliate Link.
5% recurring second-tier commission (Level 2) on net subscription revenue generated by Affiliates directly referred into the Program by the Affiliate.
Commission applies only to plans listed at our website.
SOFTP may introduce or modify plans at its discretion.
Commissions are calculated on net subscription revenue actually received, excluding:
GST
Refunds
Chargebacks
Credits
Discounts
Failed or reversed payments
Commission is earned only when:
The customer completes payment;
The customer remains active for at least 45 days;
Payment is not reversed;
The Affiliate maintains valid payment and tax details.
Paid monthly in arrears
15th of the following month for previous months earnings
Minimum payout: AUD $100
Subject to validation and clawback provisions
Commissions remain subject to adjustment for ninety (90) days following payment.
SOFTP may reverse or deduct commissions if:
Customer cancels
Refund or chargeback occurs
Fraud is discovered
Payment is disputed
Affiliates must not:
Refer themselves
Create related entities for commission
Artificially generate subscriptions
Violation may result in forfeiture and termination.
Participation does not guarantee income. Earnings depend entirely on customer acquisition and retention.
Upon acceptance, Affiliates receive access to:

The portal provides:
Unique Affiliate ID
Tracking link
Performance reporting
Only sales tracked through the official Affiliate Link qualify.
Commission is generally attributed to the most recently acquired valid tracking cookie.
SOFTP may override attribution in cases including:
Re-subscriptions within 90 Days
Self-referral
Fraud
Brand bidding violations
Manipulation
If no Affiliate Link is used, no commission is payable.
SOFTP reserves the right to correct tracking errors in good faith.
Affiliate must use Confidential Information solely for Program participation and must not disclose it without consent.
This obligation survives termination.
SOFTP grants a limited, revocable licence to use branding solely for Program promotion.
Affiliate must:
Use assets as provided
Follow brand guidelines
Cease use upon termination
All goodwill remains property of SOFTP.
Affiliate grants SOFTP a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use content created in connection with the Program for marketing, promotional, training, and product development purposes.
This licence survives termination for previously created content.
During the Term and for 12 months after termination, Affiliate must not:
Divert SOFTP customers
Replace SOFTP with competing CRM/automation platforms
Induce customers to cancel
This does not prevent unrelated service offerings.
This clause survives termination.
Affiliate must not without written consent:
Bid on SOFTP brand terms
Use SOFTP brand in paid ad URLs
Create impersonation landing pages
Direct-link paid ads to SOFTP
Unauthorised brand bidding is a material breach.
SOFTP may:
Investigate suspicious activity
Audit referral conduct
Suspend payments
Reverse commissions
Fraud includes:
Self-referrals
Fake accounts
Cookie stuffing
Brand impersonation
Undisclosed incentivised signups
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice.
SOFTP may terminate immediately for breach.
If terminated for cause:
Unpaid commissions are forfeited
Affiliate Links must cease
Branding use must cease
Affiliate indemnifies SOFTP against claims arising from:
Breach
Marketing violations
Privacy violations
Misrepresentation
IP infringement
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
SOFTP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
Parties must attempt good faith negotiation.
If unresolved within 30 days, mediation in Canberra.
If mediation fails, courts of ACT have jurisdiction.
Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party failures.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Program.
SOFTP may update these terms with 30 days’ notice.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
